The Butter Braid Fundraiser will start on Wednesday, January 24, and will run until Friday, February 9. Delivery date is yet to be determined, but will likely take place sometime around February 22. If your children somehow misplace the documentation or leave it at school keep your eyes on this space for more details soon.

Butter Braid Pickup Tuesday
Just a reminder that Butter Braid pickup is Tuesday, February 28, from 1:30 – 3:30 PM. Pickup will be in the arts hallway on the north end of the school. If you’re a parent/family member coming to school to pick them up please park in the lot by the football field/track and use Door #9. Also, please keep in mind that the Butter Braids are frozen and shouldn’t be left out for more than about two hours, so if you can’t deliver them immediately make sure you have freezer space for them. What is a Butter Braid?
I’m glad you asked. A Butter Braid is a delicious pastry that comes in a variety of flavors. The pastries come to you frozen so you can put them in the freezer until you’re ready to bake them. If you want to know more click here to visit their website.
How long does the fundraiser run?
Orders started on Monday, February 6, and are due back at school by Tuesday, February 21. Your East High music/theater/arts student has received information and a physical order form. You can also setup an online order form by clicking here. Once you fill out the brief registration form you’ll be given a personalized link that can be pasted into an e-mail, text, social media post, or anywhere else you use a link. You can also access the online store here.
When will we get our Butter Braids?
The Butter Braids will be delivered to school on Tuesday, February 28, and will need to be picked up by someone after school on that day because they are frozen and can’t be left out.
Lastly, we will be looking for someone to take over the Butter Braid fundraiser in 2024 and would love for that person to get involved in the sale this year so they can get some experience with it before next year. If you’re willing and able to take the lead on this fundraiser in the future please e-mail us and someone will get in touch with you with more information.

Fruit Fundraiser Pickup Thursday
If you ordered fruit in the fall fruit fundraiser, please go to Door #9 between 3:15 and 5:00 PM on Thursday, December 15 to pick up your order. Use the Baird Street parking lot for the pickup. Thanks!
Fundraiser Pickup Date Change
Important news: The Seroogy’s/Happy Joe’s fundraiser pick-up date has been changed to Tuesday, November 8, from 3-5 PM inside door 9 (next to band room doors). If you have orders to pickup, please update your calendars. Thanks!
Workers Needed for Sunday’s Packer game
East High music students have an opportunity to add money to their student account working at the Packer Game Day Store this Sunday at Lambeau Field from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Any available student needs to bring a parent along as well, but each person would earn $125 for working at the event, so $250 would go into the student’s account. Green Bay East music students have an opportunity to add money to their personal music program account by volunteering to assist in the Pick ‘n Save parking lot during each Green Bay Packer home game this season.
