Brat Stand Fundraiser 2026

The East High Performing Arts Parents are excited to once again host brat stand fundraisers at Festival Foods East on Steffens Court in Green Bay, and we’d love your support.

Our first brat stand of the year will be hosted by Rhapsody in Red Show Choir on May 24–25 during Memorial Day Weekend, with serving hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day.

Later in the year, the Performing Arts Parents will host a second brat stand on September 6–7 during Labor Day Weekend, also from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

These fundraisers help support our students and performing arts programs, and they are a great way for families and supporters to get involved. We are looking for volunteers to help make both weekends a success.

Music Department Volunteers Needed for Spring Sports Concessions

The East High Music Department has been given two opportunities to run concession stands during the spring sports season, and we’re looking for volunteers to help make them a success.

Our first date is Monday, April 20 at 4:00 PM during the girls soccer game at City Stadium. We are in need of 5 volunteers for that event.

Our second date is Tuesday, May 19 at 4:00 PM during the baseball game at Joannes Park. We need 4 volunteers to help that day.

These concession stand events are a great way to support our students and programs, and we appreciate everyone who is willing to give their time.

Please click here to sign up if you are available on either date.

Butter Braid Pickup

Just a reminder that Butter Braid pickup is tomorrow, March 25.

Please enter through Door 9 – located on the north end of the school next to the band room in the City Stadium parking lot – between 2:30 – 4:00 PM.

Once you pick up your order, be sure to freeze it as soon as possible.

Thank you for your support!

Green Bay Rockers Fundraiser

The East Performing Arts Parents have teamed up with the Green Bay Rockers for another fun night at the ballpark. This Friday, July 17, $15 will get you a ticket to the Rockers game and a Rockers hat, and $7 of that will be donated back to the East High Performing Arts Parents. It’s a fun way to spend a Friday night, and you’ll be helping our performing arts students. See the flyer below for all of the information you need. We hope to see you there!

2026 Butter Braid Fundraiser Coming Soon

The 2026 Butter Braid fundraiser will be starting soon. 40% of profit will go directly to student accounts while the other 60% will go to the Performing Arts Parents group. That money will be earmarked for the Nashville trip in spring of 2027. The sale will run from February 23 through March 13 with product being delivered on March 25. We’ll be looking for a couple volunteers to assist with March 25 distribution. More information will be sent home with your student when the sale begins. It will also be discussed at our February 16 parent meeting and posted on this site as we get it. Many more details to come…

Summer Update

Happy first day of summer, everyone! We hope everyone has been enjoying the break from school so far. We wanted to post a quick update to let everyone know that the Performing Arts Parents have three different fundraising opportunities to take advantage of this summer:

  1. We’ll be running the Brat Stand at Festival Foods on Steffens Court on on the East Side (the one next to Menards, NOT the one on University Ave) next weekend – Saturday, June 28 and Sunday, June 29. We’re looking for student and parent volunteers. If you’re around and able to pick up a shift, please click here and sign up. If you can’t work but want to contribute, please come out and pick up a delicious brat between 9AM – 5PM on those days. Hope to see you there!
  2. On Friday, July 25 at 6:35 PM, the Green Bay Rockers take on the Lakeshore Chinooks. When you buy your tickets through this link, $7 from each sale goes straight to the East High Performing Arts Parents—and you’ll score a free Green Bay Rockers hat at the game! Grab your seat, cheer on the Rockers, and help our performers shine. We’ll see you there!
  3. This is a year-round fundraiser, but it’s worth mentioning again. We’ve been running our Raise Right fundraiser for nearly a year now. It’s easy to use and money goes directly to the student accounts and Performing Arts Parents. RaiseRight allows customers to purchase gift cards (both physical and electronic) with a portion of the purchase going to a fundraising program. The amount that RaiseRight pays to East Fine Arts depends on the brand. Then, of the amount that East Fine Arts receives, 80% of that money goes into your student’s account with East Fine Arts, and the other 20% goes into the East Fine Arts general fund. The money in each student’s account will help pay for things that the students need, such as trips, apparel, supplies, summer camps, etc.

Packer Parking Fundraiser

The East High Performing Arts Parents are partnering with the Ashwaubenon Lions Club to help manage the Metro Market parking lot on Lombardi Avenue during Packer games/events for the 2024 season. This fundraiser offers our students and parents the opportunity to earn money for the students’ personal accounts and the performing arts program. If I can editorialize for a second, this is easy money and it’s fun. Slots are available for all games (including preseason) and this Saturday’s Family Night. For more information and to sign up please click this link. Any questions can be directed to Christopher Naumann at cmnaumann@gmail.com.

Performing Arts Parents Brat Barn

It’s been a big summer for the East High Performing Arts Parents. We can now say that we are an official 501(c)3 nonprofit entity. This allows us to do a lot of fundraising that we couldn’t before, but we’re going to start putting money in our new account by doing what we do best…

BRAT BARN!

We’ll be serving burgers and brats at Festival Foods on Steffens Ct. on the East Side on Sunday, July 28, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We have a lot of shifts to fill on the Sign-Up Genius and would love to get some of our performing arts students out there as well, so please click this link and sign up if you’re willing and able. If you can’t volunteer please stop by to say hi and grab some lunch. We’re excited to see everyone and get the 24-25 school year started. Hope to see you there. Spread the word!
